Integration Update: JTL 1.4

This update focuses on improving data synchronization and providing more detailed information about customer interactions and order history.

Key Changes:

  • Enhanced Customer Data Synchronization:

    • Changes made to billing address or customer data via the "My Account" section will now be automatically updated in the Maileon system.
    • The wording regarding contact exports has been clarified for better understanding.
  • More Detailed Order Data: All order items, including shipping costs, payment fees, packaging, interest, handling fees, coupons, etc., are now included in the order transaction data. This allows for a more accurate calculation of the total order value based on individual items.

New Contact Events:

  • Order Cancellation: Triggered when an order is canceled.
  • Wishlist Addition: Triggered when a product is added to a wishlist.
  • Availability Request/Back in Stock: Triggered when a previously out-of-stock item becomes available and a customer has requested notification.

Export of Old Orders:

  • A new feature allows for the export of historical order data.
  • The export process can be initiated from the plugin backend.
  • The system can handle up to 1,000 orders per hour and includes safeguards to prevent duplicate exports.
  • The export progress is visualized in a pie chart within the plugin backend.

Overall, this update provides a more comprehensive and accurate view of customer behavior and order history, enabling better data-driven decision making.
